• acceptance criteria;
• verification commands;
• escalation conditions.

Worker behavior

• Read dependency outputs before starting dependent work.
• Keep outputs concise and artifact-oriented.
• Do not claim completion until required artifacts and status are durable.
• If blocked, report the blocker and the smallest recoverable next action.
