Build image classification tool

Tool can be integrated into Immich image import from google tool. Use Qwen for cheap image analysis and insert tags into meta data and immich tags or database.

Would be great if this could be added to a db that is easy for JEV to fast return results.

Idea is that we can search images fast. Would be good for the import tool to be able to use as well so that incoming images can be auto-sorted then sorted by that category to make easier for bulk deletion.
