### Requirement: Admin runs on .13:3030
The Laravel admin SHALL run on .13 as a Docker service on port 3030, restarting on reboot, connecting to the shared Postgres.

#### Scenario: Service starts
- **WHEN** the admin container starts on .13
- **THEN** `localhost:3030` responds 200 (login page)

### Requirement: Reachable via admin.where-woof.com
The existing Caddy block SHALL reverse-proxy `admin.where-woof.com` to `.13:3030` once DNS resolves.

#### Scenario: Proxied request
- **WHEN** `admin.where-woof.com` resolves to the router and is requested via .35
- **THEN** the admin login page is served
