+**Website hosting migration**: retire InMotion VPS → local `.13` hosting + AWS S3 offsite + email.

+- Keep Obsidian = human narrative + configs; Outline = AI/bot docs; Vikunja = tasks. (Overlap OK: Obsidian links to both.)
